    The customer service is great. The Seats I ordered were shipped to Netherland quite fast, payed in Euro Transfer very fast confirmation  and the shipping was affordable. It came while I was out of town, and I was contacted by their customer service rep asking if everything's ok, and offered help in case I cannot pick it up for whatever reason (but I came back the next day so there was no issues)

The new shell shape of the BRIDE ZETA 2 and the vertical slits in the back cushion improve the fit from the headrest to the back, shoulders, and can keep the appropriate driving position for a long time without difficulty.
