Rooney responded to my inquiry quickly with helpful answers, and they delivered my order to Australia  within a week. The secure and neat packaging was also impressive—definitely 5-star worthy. One small note: after placing my order for these suspension  they informed me that the Shipping Rate  had raised  to Ireland the price beyond what was listed on their website. They explained that they usually absorb such increases, but in this case, the difference was too high. They kindly gave me the option to either proceed with the updated price or cancel for a full refund. In the end, I didn’t mind paying the difference since local dealers were quoting higher prices with much longer delivery times
