    The customer service is great. The Te37 wheels I ordered were shipped to Portugal  quite fast, payed in Euro Transfer very fast confirmation  and the shipping was affordable than buying from Nengun ,Japan It came while I was out of town, and I was contacted by their customer service rep asking if everything's ok, and offered help in case I cannot pick it up for whatever reason (but I came back the next day so there was no issues)
