I think the processing time can improve this includes shipping. I understand that shipping is beyond your control my order took 9 days to arrive instead of the 6 i was told

The customer service is great. The wheels I ordered were shipped to Tromso, Norway quite fast, payed in Euro Transfer very fast confirmation and the shipping was affordable. It came while I was out of town, and I was contacted by their customer service rep asking if everything's ok, and offered help in case I cannot pick it up for whatever reason (but I came back the next day so there was no issues)
