Der Kundenservice ist hervorragend. Die bestellten Räder wurden recht schnell nach Paris geliefert, die Bezahlung erfolgte per Euro-Überweisung, die Bestätigung erfolgte sehr schnell und der Versand war erschwinglich. Die Räder kamen an, als ich nicht in der Stadt war, und der Kundenservice kontaktierte mich, fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei, und bot mir Hilfe an, falls ich sie aus irgendeinem Grund nicht abholen könnte (aber ich kam am nächsten Tag wieder, also gab es keine Probleme).
